sneak peek - the caballero family!

I got to spend some time with the Caballero family a few weeks ago!  It was so fun!  They were one of the first families I photographed a few years back and I've so enjoyed being able to take pictures of them each year since.  

Jana asked us to take a picture like I had taken of them back in 2011.  It's so interesting to compare the two!  The kiddos have grown so much!

Newborn Session - Miss Carmen

Back in February I got to take April's maternity pictures, then a couple of weeks ago I was able to spend a few hours with Miss Carmen.  She was six days old for her session.  She was all kinds of squishy and lovable.  Definitely a perk of my job :)  Enjoy the sneak peek!

sneak peek - chelsea's senior shoot!

I got to spend an evening last week with Miss Chelsea.  She is graduating this year and it was so fun to spend the evening with her - hearing about her plans for the summer and this year, traipsing through the woods and laughing quite a bit.  It was super fun!  Here's a quick sneak peek of a few pictures from our session.  Enjoy!

Patterson Family Sneak Peek

A couple of weeks ago I got to spend an hour with the sweetest family!  We met at Pullen Park and spent the hour laughing and chasing Miss Victoria.  It was so fun.  She is full of personality and isn't she the cutest?!?

boger family - sneak peek!

 I got to spend some time with the Boger family about a week ago.  Miss Lily was five days old and as squishy and cuddly as you can get!  Her sisters, Brooke and Savannah, were quite smitten with their new sister.  

Newborn shoots are quickly becoming one of my favorites.  I love visiting families just home from the hospital.  I get to capture them in their new normal.  The real life stuff.  All that matters in this time is family.  Everything else is pushed to the side and time moves slowly.  It's a precious time and I so enjoy entering into it with people.  Not to mention, newborns smell so sweet.  So that definitely makes it fun!

newborn sneak peek - david aaron

I got the opportunity to take pictures of sweet David Aaron last week!  I took pictures of his sweet sister, Claudia, almost two years ago.  It's hard to believe it's been that long.

 David Aaaron was so sweet and lovable.  I got to see Lindsey the day after she had David Aaron and she was already so in love.  She told me how sweet it was to have a second baby.  That she was captivated the second she held him in her arms.  It was so awesome to hear her talk about him.

I'm so happy for this little family of four.  I know they are in hog heaven!
